What is ManDoNothing?

ManDoNothing is a forward deployed AI engineering (FDE) team serving companies across Asia Pacific.

What do you do?

Three things. We connect AI agents to a company's existing systems and workflows. We use MandoForge to build a business Ontology that aligns customers, products, orders and business rules spread across different systems, while keeping data sources and permissions. And when evaluation shows a model capability gap, we run eval-driven post-training on reviewed business examples and expert preferences to build a custom model for the company; model updates are evaluated before deployment.

What is forward deployed engineering?

Engineers work with your business and technical staff inside real workflows until the AI is something people use every day, not a demo. A pilot that runs is not the same as a system a business can run on.

Who do you serve?

We serve companies across Asia Pacific. No in-house IT team is required to start.

How does a project start?

We pick one important workflow, agree on how it works today, what data is available and what the acceptance criteria are, then plan a first pilot. Building, handover and ongoing improvement each have a clear, agreed scope.

Are the industry scenarios on the site real case studies?

No. The life sciences, R&D and engineering, e-commerce and retail, supply chain, insurance and financial services scenarios are possible starting workflows, not completed customer engagements. The workspace and model illustrations on the site use illustrative content.
